1 - Product Information
The products sold are digital products, and include only materials not described in the description of the product.
2 - Orders
Through this website, you can select the product and the amount of interest.
For any lack of information in this section, inform us and our sales representative will contact you via email, to resolve the issue.
Online stores will do everything possible to please all customers in the service of all orders.
Once approved the order, Commerce Online will contact you to arrange the details.
If the customer is not satisfied, you can proceed to the cancellation of the sale and refund, before accepting the product.
The request is basically the online store in these 4 steps:

3 - Prices
All prices are exempt from VAT but the tax is charged at the end of the order.
4 - Payment
The client agrees to pay at the precise time of order. At the initial price shown on the web for each of the selected products will be added fees for shipping costs involved. In either case, these rates will be communicated prior to the client before signing the purchase itself.
The ticket or proof of purchase corresponding to the purchase order will be available and will be shown in www.comercios-online.com in the "My Account", "My orders".
The customer must pay the amount for your order by paying through bank transfer or PayPal system.
Customer must notify Commerce Online any improper or fraudulent charge on your Paypal account used to purchase, by email or phone as quickly as possible, for Commerce-Online can make the necessary arrangements.
5 - Submission
The deadline set for the deliveries is usually 48 hours, but may vary if you give circumstances beyond our service, for example, the client can request the bank authorized to charge by credit card. Perhaps the process takes a few days and this and depends on the bank and the customer.
Product deliveries wherever possible be held in non-returnable pallets recycled and are not billed at all.
Delivery shall be effected from the time the online store is hosted on a server chosen by the client and the contracted services installed.
6 - Withdrawal and Return
All products purchased from Online Stores may return and be reimbursed, provided that Customer Online Shops communicate the intention of returning the / the product / s purchased / s before being delivered.
Under no circumstances accept a return of any product as custom design.
